We ordered takeout from Rocky's a few months ago. The large pizza we ordered had no cheese or toppings on the outer four inches. I guess they were trying to save money. It was not a good pizza, even the small part that had toppings on it. Perhaps this place has a student clientele, so they aren't concerned about quality.

Last night, Sunday 02/11/08, I ordered a pizza, garlic bread and sodas, $20.85, for which I paid cash. The cashier told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked one of the workers for a refund because I did not want to wait longer. He said the cashier would have to get it. I asked again a few minutes later, and a few minutes later the cashier finally came back (ten minutes after I originally asked) carrying what he said was my order. I told him I did not want it and asked him three times for a refund. He insisted he did not tell me it would take about 15 minutes, then said he did not tell me 10 minutes, and finally that he did not tell me 30 minutes. He refused to give me a refund (although he did refund a young lady standing beside me who had arrived for pickup in a taxi - after he tried to give her a pizza different than what she ordered). I would recommend that everyone stay away from this place.

6/25/08 I ordered a meat and cheese lasagna, european salad, grilled chicken salad, and garlic bread.
The lasagna was okay, pretty good. My salads were expensive and inedible. The grilled chicken was so microwaved that it didn't resemble chicken anymore. It was tough. I took off the chicken and ate my shitty iceburg lettuce salad. The european salad was supposed to be served on fresh baby greens. The cashier called me to say they were out of greens and could he use iceburg. I said sure. I should have just said forget it, because it was terrible. I wish i could get my $30 back.

Yuck. And over-priced too.

A little over-priced, but really good food. We go here for lunch every couple of weeks now. If the food or service were bad we would not.....
