This restaurant is top notch. . the best Mexican good in Birmingham! It is not often that you find quality, value, service, and atmosphere all rolled into one, but Cocina Superior accomplishes the feat. I have been on several occasions and each time service has been impeccable. I have no complaints!
No complaints from me either! This is a great restaurant that still believes in good service with good food! Each time I visit, I am more and more impressed. They are truly, "concina superior." And it is no wonder, they are connected to Superior Grill on 280, which is or at least the last time I checked was based in New Orleans, the mecca of great food in the nations south.
I like Mexican and beers and girls. The other night I hit the triple crown, ate enchiladas, drank Coronas, and talked to some ladies that work at the nearby Victoria's Secret. Very nice!

Love this trendy place - it's a place for good food, drinks and to people watch! Their beef chimichangas are to die for, it's like they melt in your mouth!
Compared to other area TexMex restaurants this establishment is pricy. Service was excellent...but, could have had comparable quality food at several other restaurants at half the price. Not my favorite. The manager on duty that day was also rude. But thats his problem.
Overpriced chain food. Nothing remotely Mexican about this place.
