European-style tea salon and lunch restaurant. Antique tables, fresh flowers, custom-blended tea, homemade sandwiches, quiches and desserts. A 2006 City Scene review said, "Miss Rosemarie and her special teas are just delightful," and gave high marks to roasted garlic soup, apple and blue cheese quiche, lemon bars, chicken salad, egg alad, tuna salad with capers, pear and cream cheese tea sandwiches, espresso brownie, with the only complaint being that some of the portions could have been larger.
