Recently, I ordered food for my office staff. The person I talked to was very nice and polite...knew what to recommend (order was placed 3 days prior). The food was delicious and my staff was very happy with the selections. However, on the day of the event the food came 35 minutes late. I called a few times to ask where the food was as my staff was getting hungry. The lady in charge was not helpful and seemed exasperated that I was calling her. I did not care for that attitude. Obviously, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Caterers need to be reliable.
I agree that their delivery needs some help. We LOVE their food but the delivery service seems to be getting worse and worse. Work on the delivery and you have a great place to cater.
