The longtime Mountain Brook favorite now offers breakfast. Classics such as Eggs Benedict, hot Belgian waffles with pecans, omelets (City Scene's Fletcher Harvey called the veggie omelet "a work of art"), much-praised grits, cinnamon rolls, steak and eggs, and sausage biscuits, are joined by less-common dishes (in Birmingham, at least) such as Nova salmon and eggs, cheese blintzes, marinated herring, and salami, corned beef or pastrami with eggs.
