Gourmet: Bright Star Stands Test of Time
Gourmet magazine singled out the Bright Star Restaurant in Bessemer, along with such greats as 21 Club in New York City and Galatoire's in New Orleans, as an American restaurant legend. In Gourmet's October issue, the editors profile restaurants that have been going strong since before Gourmet debuted in 1941.
