A new gourmet cafe is soon to open in the town of Mt Laurel. Husband and wife duo Jenna and Chef Aaron Saturday are taking their catering business, Saturday Gourmet, to a new level. Saturday Gourmet is becoming known for innovative and artistic catering in the Birmingham market.

The new Saturday Gourmet Café will serve lunch and dinner, as well as a special Saturday brunch menu. A dinner-to-go program for busy area residents will also be featured. Saturday Gourmet will prepare family portions of delicious fresh meals ready for pickup in the early evening.

There will be soups and salads, such as a chef's salad with smoked duck breast; sandwiches like a fried green tomato club or apple smoked chicken salad; entrees (each in your choice of two sizes) such as five-cheese beef lasagna or balsamic chicken tenders; and sides such as gouda mac  and heirloom cucumber dill salad.

The restaurant will open Friday, November 7 at 11 a.m.
