You may think of beer as the classic drink to go with pizza, but Pleasure Is All Wine in Pelham hosts regular "Wine & Pizza" nights, pairing several different wines with pizza from Formaggio's. Each Friday they have an event like this, pairing wine with food; Aug. 17 it's wine and Italian, the 24th it's wine and hors d' Oeuvres, and the 31st it's Steak Night.

Coming up up next week are classes about Riedel wine glasses, 6 p.m. Aug. 13 and 14. You get to taste four different wine varietals from both a Riedel glass and a generic glass and see if there's really a difference, along with learning about the best glass to use with which wines. The cost is $75 plus tax and includes a set of four Riedel Vinum Glasses to take home. Space is limited to 20 spaces on each night so call 985-4760 to reserve a spot.
